The Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC) is pleased to notify that the establishment and operation of Mugwort-Based Production Activity (cottage and small scale; and not using fossil fuel-based boiler or biomass-fired boiler) is hereafter classified under the "Green Category" in the Project Categorization 2025 and henceforth, exempted from the requirement of obtaining an Environmental Clearance (EC).
